. A Cape Town message says the Senate, without division, rejected exPresident's R«itz'» motion disapproving of granting titles within the South. African Union. The French Government, at tha instance of the Paris Municipality, has introduced a Bill specifying Paris as a watering place, under which, visitors will be taxed to the extent of from 2} to 6 francs daily.
