They provide inter { aIU that every worker who desires to , acquire, a workers' dwelling shall make ' „ Rpplication to the Housing Board on a 4 prescribed form, and a declaration in support of Ws application. The appti- {' cation is to be accompanied by £l. . Every applicant shall, wnen he agrees - to purchase a dwelling under the conditions specified by the Housing Supcr- ~ A intendent. enter into an agreement to j 'purchase such dwellings. Upon entering / into an agreement to purchase the applicant shall pay to the superintendent J the remaining portion of the deposit Wquired by the superintendent in ac- ' cordanee with the Act. Should the applicant desiro to withdraw his applica- ' tion at any time,'the whole or any % part of the deposit paid by him may, ', at the discretion of the Board, be refunded. Provision is made for the sale transfer assignment lease, mortage or other disposition of the whole of the purchaser's interest in & dwelling, subject to the consent of the Bousing Board.
