Powell presided over a gocd attendance. • The-vicar, in hia statement, expressed pleaeuro at the increase of membership, and i also at the increase, in, the number of Communicants. During the year electric light had been installed in the.church, while other improvements had also, been carried out. He made reference to several residents who had passed away sinco the last meeting. He also mad* special reference- to the valuable service* 6> vell f° r many years by the churchwarden, Mr E. G. Wood. • The balance-sheet showed a credit of £36 IBs 2d on the year's working. The general offertories 'amounted, to £217, while subscriptions to the various missions were well above tho average. f Tho election of officers for the yea? resulted as follows: People's warden, Mr E. G Wood; Bishop's warden, Mr P. C. Airs; vestry, Messrs W. Elheridgc, H. A. Adley, C. A. Wright, J. M. B. Crawford, C. Benjamin, —. Nicholson, li Matthews, F. Gill, H. Wiggins, and G.. Stenning; Social Committee, Meedames C. Benjamin, G. W. S. Smithson, H. Wiggins, —. Corson —. -Merrie, P. Hobbs, —. Nicholson, and Miss Wood; representative to Council of Churches, Mr E. G. Wood. A vote of thanks wm passed to the Parochial Association for services rendered. Votes of thanks were also pasted to all Church and Sunday School workers.

On the motion of Mr C. Benjamin, a. special vote of thanks to the vicar was car ried by acclamation.
