y —. - AUSTRALIAN ARTISANS POR RUSSIA. SYDNEY. April 13. The statement is officially made by the Trades Hall that a number of unemployed '.skilled artisans are going to Russia, where engineers, fitters, and others are in great demand. The Amalgamated Society of Engineers has 600 idle men on its books. MOUNT MORGAN DISPUTE. BRISBANE.. April 13. The Arbitration Court refused to allow the Mount Morgan Company to withdraw its plaint for the can-ellation of the existing awards, a.nd granted an application by the Miners' Unions that the company's books and documents be produced to the Court to ascertain the correctness or otherwise of statejnents made by. the manager at the Mount Morgan conference.
