The Arbitration Court refused to allow the Mount Morgan Company to withdraw its plaint for the can-ellation of the existing awards, a.nd granted an application by the Miners' Unions that the company's books and documents be produced to the Court to ascertain the correctness or otherwise of statejnents made by. the manager at the Mount Morgan conference.
