INDIA'S MILLIONS.
THE CENSUS FIGURES. DELHI, April 9. The census gives the population of All India as 319,000,000, an increase of 4,000,000 on the last census. The increase was diminished by the 1918 outbreak of influenza, which destroyed 7,000,000, and also by sporadic outbreaks of plague and cholera.
