SOUTH AUSTRALIAN ELECTIONS.

The elections have resolved them' selves into a struggle between Liberal and Labour. The other parties have been praotically »wiped outsv --i ;: f " ' t The present indications point to the Liberals' securing 24 seats, a gain of three, Labour 20, a gain of thwe, the Progressive Country Partor one, which is n loss of six, and the Farmers' and Settlers' Party one, a loss of six. Mr P. W. Coneybeer, the Speaker, was defeated for East Torrens, after holding the seat for .28 years. The Council returns show that six Liberals and two Labour candidates have been returned. One feature of the elections, on the present returns, is that all the Prohibition candidates have been defeated. (Received April 11th. 10.20 p.m.) ADELAIDE, April 11.
