LABOUR TROUBLES ON WATERFRONT.

(PEBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON.- April 11. The proposal that a Commission should be set up to enquire into the cause of labour troubles on the waterfronts was supported by the Council of the Chamber of Commerce to-day. It was stated that the present position throughout the Dominion was far from satisfactory, and it was essential that it should be improved. The Government was urged to take action on the lines indicated. .
