The Labour Party will open H 3 enmpaign in connexion with tho municipal elections in Vi...iria square, at 7.30 to-night. The will be Messrs H. i. Armstrong, H. Euntcr, F. H. Cooke, C. Renn, the Kev.-J. K. Archer, and Mr D. G. Sullivan, M.P. Or. J. AV. Beanland, Deputy-Mayor, will open his campaign for the Mayoralty, in the Guild xiall, corner of Madras and Winton streets, St. Albans, on Thursday next, at 8 p.m. A meeting of lady supporters of Mr. W. H. Winsor in the City Council election will be held at his residence, narrington street, on Tuesday, at 3 p.m.
