The State Department has sent invitations to the nations bordering on the Pacific to send delegates engaged in higher and lower educational work to a Pan-Pacific Educational Conference, to be held at Honolulu, from August 11th to 21st, to discuss educational conditions in each, country; and the possibilities of development and improvement, and methods of taxation. The Australasian invitations have been extended through the British Embassy at Washington.
