A PAN-PACIFIC CONFERENCE. (By Cable—Freas Association—Copyright.) (Australian, and N.Z. Cab.e Association.' (Received April 4th, 8.40 p.m.) WASHINGTON, April 3. .
The State Department has sent invitations to the nations bordering on the Pacific to send delegates engaged in higher and lower educational work to a Pan-Pacific Educational Conference, to be held at Honolulu, from August 11th to 21st, to discuss educational conditions in each, country; and the possibilities of development and improvement, and methods of taxation. The Australasian invitations have been extended through the British Embassy at Washington.
