(PKESB ASSOCIATION TELEGEAM.) NELSON, April 4. Lord Jcllicoo received a oivic welcome at Nelson this morning, when there was a great gathering at tho Church steps. Speeches were made by the Mayor, Mr AY. W. Snodgrass, and Mr H. 'Atmore, M.P. His Excellency leaves to-morrow for the AVest Coast. (SPECIAL TO "THE PRESS."/ DUNEDIN, April 4. The Governor-General will ; be unable to visit Dunedin on his present South Island trip, but hopes to do so next summer. ■"'. '
