For cycling on the footpath, Alexander Bsrrie, and Henry Dooley were each fined ss, while John Henry was admonished. Forgie and David McLaughlin were each fined 10s and costs, and James Ernest Cowoll was fined £a for leaving cars unattended.

On a charge of not having a certificate- of ability, Frederick Miller was fined 30s and costs. A charge against him of speeding in a dangerous manner was dismissed. Percy Curtis was convicted. and ordered to pay .costs for having no certificate- of ability, and a charge of dangerous speeding against him v/as dismissed. A fine of 5s was imposed on Richard Vizer for not complying with a traffic direction. For not returning a taxi driver's badge Arthur A. Korridge. was convicted and ordered to par co.3ts. The driving of an unlicensed motor-car resulted in Alexander McAlpine being fined 10* and costs. ■ The Fame defendant was fined a similar sum for plying for hire without a license. *
