PROTEST TO LEAGUE OF NATIONS

Germany has sent another Note _to the League of Nations, protesting against tlie Allied penalties and further occupations of German territory. (Beuter'a Telesrrams.i BERLIN, March 30. The Government Note to the League of Nations protests against the selling by the Allies to other countries of coal supplied by Germany, at enormous trouble, for reparation purposes, without the German Government sharing in the profit from the sales. It declares that the sales are most extensive, notably to Holland.
