CONGESTION OF SHIPPINa. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEOEAK.) AUCKLAND, March 31. Tho--congestion of shipping in Auckland harbour, resulting from the recent waterside dispute, has not-improved to any great extant, and to-day there were eight vessels in the harbour unable to secure berths.- The present position is das mainly, it is stated, to the factthat the demand for men to work tlhe vessels that were- delayed during the dispute has been in excess of the supply, with the result that tho discharging of many ships 'has progressed slowly. One shipping representative said that this was only to be expected, considering the abnormal conditions prevailing. It was expected, however, that the congestion would JJe considerably relieved by the beginning of next week, when several vessels at present being discharged . would have sailed for various ports.
