OXFORD-CAMBRIDGE RACE. (Reocived March 30th, 8.15 p.m. ) .LONDON, March 30. Despite Oxford's continued improvement, Cambridgo remain favourites for today's race, especially if the weather is fine. Somo experts anticipate n close race and even think that Oxford may win if tho conditions aro badf, as they appear to bo more dogged, if less polished, than Cambridge. The weather at present is unsettled and stormy.
