WASHINGTON, March. 29, Tho Commerce Department has announced that tlw Federal Telegraph Company, an American concern, will build the world's lamest wireless station at Shanghai. TEs is regarded a 9 tiio most, important step yet talcen to ftdvanco American trade in the Far East, The' American Government has also secured from the Chinese Governmonfc concessions to build stations at Peking and Harbin.

(Received Marah 30th, 9.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, March 29. The Navy Department has announced the suspension of all form of supervision over news messagoa 6cnt by the naval xadio service.
[The Washington correspondent of the "New York World" stated that the naval wireless -service refused to send to Tokio a press despatch, quoting Admiral Gloavw, who declared in a speech at Boston that' Japan's naval power would equal that of the United States by 1928. It is learned that while the cen-' corship is seldom exercisbd, operators ■havo orders to submit for approval all articles for which the United States Government might bo held accountable!
