HOW TO TAKE "SANAGEN."
Sanagen, "The British Nerve Food," is in the form of a white powder, and it is pleasant to the palate. Sanagen can be taken with meals—in cocoa, soup, milk, ten, coffee, milk puddings, and the like. It can also be sprinkled over stewed fruits, bread and butter, jam, porridge, and cereal foods. Somo people still prefer to take it after meals—in .a wineglassful of water, or mixed with milk. Thus it is possible to take Sanagen either separately, or to enrich every meal with its nerve-feed-ing properties.
