The Washington correspondent of tho "Now York Times" states that the Ways and Means Committee of tho House of Representatives appears likely 'to' include provision for reciprocity in , the tariff, measures which will be submitted to the special session of Congress. It is felt that the need for reciprocity is dictated By Jfhe fact that the United States is, a creditor ration, and discrimination favouring debtor nations must be slhown in order to continue foreign trade. In the House of Representatives, Mr Longworth, a member of the Committee, said this oould be effectively accomplished only through separate reciprocal trade agreements.
