MAGISTERIAL. TUESDAY. (Before Mr J. H. Christian, J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. Four first offenders were each fined sb, in default 21 hours' imprisonment. Another 'first offender was fined 10s, _in default 48 hours' imprisonment. On similar charges, James Simpson was fined 10s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, and Wm. Cushion and Richard Sheehan, alias O'Brien, .were each sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labour. REMANDED. On a charge of having, at the Trentharn Racecourse, on January 24th, forged three £5 totaiiiator tickets, Robert Fox was remanded to appear at Wellington on the 31st inst.
