OBITUARY.
The death is announced at Victoria, British Columbia, of Mr Milton R. Jennings, editor and general manager of tho, "Edmonton (Alberta) Journal." who was one of the delegates at the British Empire Press Congress at Ottawa last August. Mr Jennings, who was only 47 years of age, was a wry fine stamp of man. He was a inemoer of tho Executive Committee of the Canadian Publishers' Association.
