Krassin's report on the AngloRussian Trade Agreement says: "It is impossible to conclude with capitalistic fommunities which are doomed to collapse, any treaties serving as a basis for peaceful relation's. This agreement doe 3 not afford any guarantee that normal trade on a largo scale will really he opened between England and Russia." (Received March 23th, 8.30 p.m.) PARIS, March 23. The Russian Parliamentary Committee in a strongly worded protest against the Anglo-Russian trade agreement, says it is equivalent to a recognition of" tho Soviet Government. When a National Government is established in Russia it will repudiate the agreement and regard it as a hostile act. The agreement will only prolong the Russian agony by encouraging the Bolsheviks. WRANGEL'S ARMY. (Received March 23th, 8.30 p.m.) PARIS, March 28. In connexion with tho relief given to tho refugees of army, M. Briand explains that relief must cease on April Ist. It is semi-officinlly added that France has- spent 100,000.000 francs, and cannot continue relief single-handed. In view of the condition of the national finances and. tho uncertainty of receiving the German indemnitv. her own devastated areas and war victims must have first claim on France, which has offered to transport Wmngel's army to Russia or Brazil. "Wrangel desires to continue fighting, and demands the return of his army equipment, but this was /sold to Georgia, from which it passed into JJoIi shevik possession.
