DOMAINS BOARD.
The Christchurch. Domains Board mot yesterday afternoon, Mr Geo. Harper presiding. The curator reported that dogs were proving a nuisance in tho Gardens. They had no right there, but were brought ashore from boats. A collection of seeds and cuttings from the Hawaiian Islands had been received through Dr. Chilton from Mr David Douglas, Territorial Bureau of Agriculture, Honolulu. The Board returned thanks for the gift. The Canterbury Cricket Association applied for the use of a ground in the South Park, free of charge, for tho season for the Boys' Cricket League.Tho request was granted.
