THE PICTURES. "Greased Lightning," featuring l Chaa. Ray, will be the chief attraction at tho Harbour Light Pictures to-night, tho supports including a Bennett comedy and a pictograph. To-morrow "Out of Luck," starring Dorothy Gish, will bo screened, together with a_ do Haven comedy and a Paramount Miifrazine. Tho Harbour Lights Orchestra will play at the evening session. PROPERTY SALE'S. Craddock's Agency Co., Ltd., conducted an auction salo of Council properties at the Council Chambers yesterday ::f;crnoon. Lot 1 was the loaso of the site of two shops in Oxford street, one of the conditions bein» 'that a btiilding to cost not less than £2000 must bo erected within twelve months. Biddins", which was for tho annual ground rental of the property, commenced at £30, and the property was passed ■in at £34. Lot 2 was a similar loasrv of a section adjoining the Seamen's Institute, at present occupied by tho Scouts' Hall. Tho value of tho building to be erected was £1000. There were no bids. Grazing leases woiro sold as follows:—Lot 3. to Holliss> and Brown for £21; Lot 4, to H. Blaoklor and Co. for £15: Lcrt 5. to M. .Wearne for £19; Lot 6. to W. Tredennick for £4 _10s. Lot 7, a freehold section (No. 4) at Diamond Harbour, was pas?cd in at £GO. Lot 8. a freehold section (No. 33) at Dinmond Harbour, was sold to Mr H. H. Barnard for £103.
