Victor Plihon v.-rs convicted and discharged for drunkenness, and fined £2, and ordered to pay tho XI. and expenses £1. for wilfully breaking a pane of glass, the property of Frederick Wm. Cochrane. PROCURING LIQUOR. For procuring liquor while prohibited William Henrv Cain was lined ±'5 and coste. " SELLING LIQUOR. James Kavward Franks was charged that, on Juno 11th, 1920, at Christchurcb, beingthe licensee of the Prince of Wales Hotel, ho sold liquor to a person already in a state of intoxication. He was fined £3. v Harry Bleasdale, the barman, was lined £°. ESCAPEES. ' Annie Bavkle, Dulcie Bigwood, and Alma Sarchett, charged with escaping from the Salvation Army Rescue Home. Papatrai road, were convicted and ordered to come -up for E:ntence when callad upon. DISMISSED. An sffiiiation information against Sydney Cossins was dismissed.
