AS to the District of RURAL WOOLSTON (as defined by Resolution cf the Board bearing date the 23rd day of March, 1909), at Oneeighth (i) .of a Penny in the Pound; AS to the District of RURAL NEW BRIGHTON (as. defined by Resolution of tho Board, bearing date the 22nd day of August, 1905), at One-sixteenth (l-16th) of a Penny in the Pound; AS to the District of RURAL SPREYDON (as. defined by Resolution of the Board, bearing date the 24th day of August, at Three-thirty-seconds (3-S2nds) oi a Penny in the Pound; AS to the District of RURAL AVON (as defined by Resolutions of the Board, bearing date the 12th day of February, 1889, the 19th day of January, 1904, tho 22nd day of August, 1905,. the 19th day of May, 1914, the 17th day of September, 1918, and the 17th day of December, 1918), at Threesixteenths (3-lCths) of a Penny in the Pound; AS to the District of RURAL Heathcote (as defined by Resolutions of the Board, bearing date the - 12tb - day of February, 1889, the 19th day of January, 1904, the 21st day of May, • 1907, and tho 23rd rl»v of Marcti, 1909), at Three-sixteenths (S-16ths) of a Penny in the Pound; AND as to tho District of RURAL RICCARTON (es defined by Resolution of the Board, bearing date the 12th-day of February, 1889), at Thirteen-sixty-fourths (13-64ths) of a Penny in the Pound upon the Capital Rateable Value of the Rateable Property within the said Districts, respectively; AND the said Board DOTH HEREBY FURTHER DIRECT that the period for which the said rate shall be struck shall bo for that commencing on the Ist day of April, 1920, and ending on tho 31st- day of March, 1921; AND further, that the said Rates shall bo payable in one sum on a day to be fixed by the Local Bodies making the same respectively."
