A Nationalist proclamation issued at Angora, offers £45,000, for the assassination of the Grand Vizier as tho country's enemy. Nationalist raiders at night timo crossed the Dardanelles and blew up a munition dump at Bulair. They then escaped to the> Asiatic shore.
