GENEBAL ELECTION FORECAST.

LONDON, June i-Well-informed authorities anticipate that the German elections will show a marked swing towards the Right. _ It is estimated that the Conservatives, Pan-Germans, Militarists, and Peopled Party will gain from 30 to 3o seats; that the' Maioritv Socialists will lose heavily, possibly 70 seats; that tho Militarist Democrats will lose,_ while the Independent Socialists will gain perhaps 50 seats. It is feared, whatever, the result, that the Socialists and Communists will raise trouble.
