The Government, in pursuanco of Imperial Conference recommendations, is appointing an Imperial Shipping Committee to survey the whole question, and deal with complaints and suggestions, and devise a scheme for the future direction of efficient communications. The committee includes representatives from the Dominions and trade and shipping interests, with a neutral chairman, Mr Robin Goodfellow.
