The Director of the Pasteur Institute draws attention to tlio great increase in tuberculosis, duo to underfeeding in war-time in the regions of North-East France, which woro occupied by the Germans. He urges special treatment, including children's scasido and country vacation colonies, •which have already been beneficially tried, medical inspection of schools, and Stato dispensaries.
