CASUALTIES.
Gordon Archibald, a little boy aged twelve, months, living with his parents at Redruth avenue. Spreydon, tell into a waterholo in the back-yard last evening. He wns got out in an unconscious condition and removed to the hospital, but all efforts to resuscitate him failed. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) TAT7M ARUNUI„ Janudry 8. A single man, named Bentizen, was found dead at Owhnngo yesterday beneath an overhead road bridge, about half a mile south of tho station. Deceased's head was nearly blown off, it is thought, by a detonator. Bentizen w.ts aged 55. and a native of Australia. He is stated to have been Btrango in his manner lately.
