A Court at Milan has granted an annulment of marriage on tho ground of a wifo's childlossness. It is reported from Rome that tho whole Italian Press supports tho verdict, which has captivated the Socialists, who are proposing legislation providing for compulsory annulment in such cases. A message from Paris states that Anglo-French promoters aro establishing a "market of the World," an immense six-storied block costing £1,000,000, in which there will bo 5000 shops, and also the world's largest banqueting room, a kinemn, Turkish baths, and lecture rooms, making a luxurious club for tho world's buvers and producers, thus facilitating all transactions.
