Tlio thanks of the committee were dv.o to Mr liasaott for the uso of his motor boat and to Mr 1L for htc assistance. Tho report waa adopted. The chairman re;orted that the ronrsr was a good one, ahout a milo in lengtli, r-nd would accommodate eight boate. It was probablo thai roprcecntativrs would bo sent at the regatta from tho Star flub, AV.-l-and from tho Timaru Club. It was decided that if too many entrances woro roocived for any one zucc clnbs entering two crews l»o asked to withdraw one. thus obviating tho rowing of two heats. It was resolved that tho rnc.es should bo rowed in "clinkers." Tho Lvttclton Harbour Board will bo naked for authority to keep tho coux&o cloar from Ixjatft. Tho following programrnc was approved : — ?enior double sculls (fust prirx> £S, second £2); maiden four (firrt rrizo £10, second £2): youths' double liculls (first prize £C, second £1); senior four (first class £15, 6f-cond £3); junior double scnlls (G.rst prize £7, second £2); maiden doubto sculls (firrt prize £6. second £1); junior four <.fbet priso £10, second £2.1; senior pairs (first priao iX, second £?). .. .
