Atkinson. j On New Year's Day sports were held | in a paddock kindly lent by Mr Oold, j where ;i clump of native bush made a j pleasant shade for onlookers. A [ I comedy cricket match. Male v. Female. ! resulted iii a win lor the men. A pic- ! nic. tea. rounders, and other games for • young and old. combined to make a ' very happy day's ouring.
