SUPREME COURT DECISION.

The Supreme Court has decided that Uio Volstead Act, which enforces wartime Prohibtion, is constitutional, and beverages containing one-half per cent, or raoro of ail alcohol arc intoxicating, lad thus cannot bo sold.
