[Lord Milncr last week issued a communique explaining that tho objeet of tho Mission to Egypt was to reconcile Egyptian aspirations with British foreign interests, therefore the Mission was anxious for tho frankest and most cordial relations. Tho Mission invited all classes of Egyptians to express their ideas freely, without prejudice, with a view to reaching an understanding.] DEMAND FOR INDEPENDENCE. Frinco Hu?«ein, son of tho late Sutton of Epypt, and five grandsons of Mohammed Ali havo issued a proclamation addressed to tlio nation, declaring their solidarity in the nation's domand for complcto independence.
