Officers woro elected as under: —President, Mr H. If. Pcnlington (Canterbury) ; vice-presidents, Messiß A. J. .Shopherd (Auckland) and G. It. Kidston (Wellington); secretary, Mr A. G. Graham (Wellington); treasurer, Sir H. R. Fisher (Wellington); committee, .\fessrs F. A. Hem pieman (Wellington), T. Begg (Otago), G. H. Taylor (Auckland), and J. Bowden (Canterbury).
