REPATRIATION.
FURTHER APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARDS. Further nominations to membership on the District Repatriation Boards wero approved at a meeting of tho Repatriation Board at Wellington, on Saturday. Thov are as follows:— Auckland District Board: Mr C. J. Bishop (nominated by Trades and Labour Council), Mr Joseph Stanton (pr&* sident, representing Socond Division League), and Mr George George (Director of Technical Education, nominated by the Repatriation Board itself). Wellington District Board: Mr I Thomas Moss (Eketahuna, nominated by Farmers' Union): Canterbury District Board: Mr «!✓ A. Clark (president representing, tho Friendly Societies). The Board was nnablo to complete tho appointment of tho local committees, owing to the organisations asked to send in nominations Jmviiig failed to do SO; The following returned soldiers were appointed to act as secretaries to ibo local committees being established in the centres named:— Rotorua: Mr S. M. Hayes. Masterton: Mr A. E. Prontice. Greymouth: Mr R. J. Appleton. Timaru: Mr M. T. lloeso. Now Plymouth: Mr A. S. Allen. Blenheim: Mr H. M. Thomsou.
