Arthur Sinclair, farmerly employed as ambulance driver by the_ Wellington Hospital Board, appeared in the Magistrate's Court to-day, charged with having unlawfully caused the death of Denis Diver, thereby committing the crime of Accused was committed to stand his trial at the Supremo Court. Bail was allowed in his own recognisance of £100. on tho Understanding that accused reports daily to tho police.
