ANOTHER PARTY FORMED

The Sinn Fein executive iias instructed clubs to stop hunt meetings in Ireland, pending the release of Sinn Fein prisoners. An Irish Centre Party has been fumed to promote self-government in Ireland within the Empire, under a central parliament for national affairs, and provincial assemblies tor provincial affairs. Mr R. S- Gwynne, a member of the House of Commons, is chairman, and General Gough, commander of the Fifth Army, during the retreat from Cambrai is a member of the committee.
