SEAMEN'S UNION.
TRIAL OF KAISER DEMANDED. (By Cable.—Press '^Association.—Copyright.) (Beuter's Telegram*.) (Received January 28th, 7.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 27. Captain Tapper, Interaational Organiser for the Seamen's Union, stated that all parts of the world, except Austria and Germany, liad called a great mass meeting, to be held in London on February 24th, which would demand that the Kaiser be turned over to an international tribunal on a charge of piracy on the high seas. "If this is not granted," said Captain Tupper, "you may look out for a general walk-out on the seven seas." EXILE FAVOURED. January 29th, 12.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, January 25. Berlin reports that the Dutch Government has agreed that the former Ivaiser should be exiled to the Dutch Indies.
