SCHOOLBOYS SUICIDE.

Albert Edward Post, a 14-yeaoold residing with his parents at Mary street, Richmond, Melbourne, after having been refused' permission liv his mother to go to a picture showstrangled himself with a strap. Whon told that he could *not go, Post commenced to cry. _ After his mother had spent a little time in the garden she returned to the house, and went to the boy's room. Some little difficulty was experienced in opening the door, and when the room was cntorod the bo v was found lying on the floor with "a strap tied tightly round his neck, the other end having apparently been attached to the door handle. Tho boy's father undid the strap and endeavoured to revive his son. Dr. O'Sullivnn was sent for, but on arriving he could only pronounce life to be extinct.
