BY Order-in-Council. made itnd issued by his Excellency the Governor-General in Council on tho 30th day of July, 191S, under tlie authority of tho above Act, it determined that the respective duties by way of' Income Tax and Special War Tax, leviable under Sections G and 7 respectively of the saivi Act, should be paid in one .mm on Wednesday, the sth day of February, 191!), nt the office of tho Commissioner of Taxes, Government Buildings. Wellington: and, in accordance' with such Order-in-Council, I hereby givo notice that the said duties will bo payable accordingly. Additional tax will accrue if tho tax is not paid on or before 2Gth February, 191' J. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax •should bo paid on or before the prescribed date, and any refund necessary will be made later. If not paid, additional lax will accrue. Note.—IMPORTANT.
