Burns, oecond officer of the Kamo, has gone ashore. Mr J. D. R?ed has joined tho Kaituna as chief officer. Captain Muir has been appointed chief officer of the Tutinekai, and Mr Cother as third officer. Mr D. Mclntyre is chief engineer. Special rates are being paid to the men ranployed on the mine-sweeper Tntanekai. They will receive a 10 per oent. bonus on top of their wages, which are £1 over the mercantile rate.
