There were seveial reasons why ho did so. asked to bo heard in terms of a letter to the Court sent on January 13th, in which bo stated that bo wished the case to be neard after the executive of tho Land Agents Boiiialioii had been clectcd for 191y, eo that they might review tho whole po»ition preparatory to liis objection being heard. lie i came to tho Court as a representative of the public. Hopkms neri came forward, %nd ir Avery " . to the license being granted, but. Bia^ ed he could not go into the case at, tho time-, and asked for an adjournment. The Magistrate granted the license.
