HAWERA, January 22. ~ A meeting of the Returned Soldiers' Association, passed a motion protesting against the regulations in connexion with the Discharged Soldiers' Bottle-, 1 ment Act. It was considered that tho Act as passod by Parliament was satisfactory, and that tho officials wore / willing to do their best for the meu,. but regulations that had been added hindered efficient administration.
