The settlement of the tally, clerk sdispute before the Conciliation Council provides tha. tally clerks are not to be paid for less than four hours' work on any day between 8 a.m. and S p.m. The minimum wage for those hours is to be 2s, as against Is 9d m the old award. From 6 n.m. to 10 P-" 1 -' '-f lOd per hour shall be paid; from 11 p.m. to. 8 a.m. 3s Id per hour an increase of threepence per hour all round.
