COPENHAGEN, January 17. The Bolshevists at Reval are hastily retreating owing to news of a counterrevolutionary movement having broken out in Petrograd. BOLSHEVIST FINANCE. {United Service.) (Received January 21st, 11.45 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, January 18. Petrograd advices state that the Bolshevist Budget forecast for 1919 totals 400,000,000,000 roubles. Tho deficit will be enormous. Before the evacuation; of Dorfat, the Bolsheviste shot 225 men, including tho Bishop of Esthonia and four Lutheran pastors, and 80 women.
