The Lima correspondent of tho "New York Times 1 ' states that mobs of strikers attacked the arsenal, but were driven off by troops. The rioters then attempted to burn the Callao railway Station. All the hotels and restaurants arc closed. Tho food problem isl threatening to become acute.
