The Buenos Ayres correspondent of the United Press Buys it is reported that President Irigoyen has asked Congross to declare a state of siege and call out the reserves of the 1896 clnss. Desultory street fighting continues, in spite of the settlement of the strike. Members of the alleged Soviet deny any connexion with the Russian Bolshevists.
