\0 IMMEDIATE INCREASE LIKELY. (SPECIAL TO "TOE TRESS.") DUNEDLN, January 1?. Local members of Parliament har» received from tho Hon. W. D. S. MacDonald, Minister of Agriculture, tho following telegram in reply to theirs:— "Referring to your telegram regarding bread prices: when the matter ci the new flour priccs is under consideration, I will ask the Board of Trade to submit a report on the best method of preventing an increase in bread prices. Meantime, it is unlikely that there will bo any increase in bread prices till March Ist."
