THE following Schedule of Wages will bo paid, und prices charged, in tho North Canterbury from JANUARY Ist, 1919. These prices are subject to alteration without' notice: — PRICES: — Wheat and Barley, in stook, 5Jd per bushel. Wheat and Barley, i.n stack, 5d per bushel, Onls, in stook. 4Jd per bushel. Oats, in stack, 4Jd per bushel. Clover Shelling, 30s per hour. Pea threshing, 40s per hour. '■ Grain not running 100 bushels per hour, 40s per hour. The above prices are subject to a rebate of 5 per cent., if accounts are paid within 30 days of service. WAGES :- Is 3d per hour, and ,r War Bonus of 9d per hour to men slaying tho reason; men leaving before the end of the season, fc'U per hour War Bonus. 13s per 1000 bushels, and u War Bonus of 5s per 1000 for oats. 15s per 1000 bushels, and a War Bonus of 5s per 1000 bushels for wheat and barley. Men leaving before the end of the season, Is per 1000 less in both oats, wheat, and barley. Men leaving before the end of the season will bo charged not less than 2s per week for food. Smoking in front of 1li? engine when set for threshing is strictly prohibited. Four men and four drays must be found by the iafmor in stook threshing.
